NOBU subscription renewal

Hi all,

 

I have two NOBU subscriptions visible in my account. One of them (5GB) is expired already and the second one (25GB) will expire soon. So I've purchased another 1year 25GB NOBU license from my obvious dealer but I don't see any option where to enter the license key on the web. Even the "Renew" button on expired subscription does not allow to enter the key but redirects me to eShop...

 

Should I activate the third NOBU subscription or does some other option exist?

Hello P_C,

 

To enter the new key you have, got to where your email is in the topr right corner. Once you click on your email choose the option activate Norton Online Backup. The will bring up a box to enter new code that you have. Any other Questions please contact support @ norton.com/chat.
