Just recently purchased NOF Premier - I loaded the app on my daughter's android phone (LG g2x). It logged messaging for a couple of days just fine, now it only logs one side of the conversation. Just the side from my daughter. None of the messages from the other side appear any more. Please advise.

I'm not sure. I installed it from the Google Play store on Saturday. My daughter has her phone at school.
I checked this morning and it looks like both sides are showing up again. is there a reason for this?
And yes, I am in the US (Florida).
Android 2.3.4
Kernel version 2.6.32.9
The phone is about 6 months old.
Please also let us know the version of Norton Safety Minder on the phone.

Yes, it appears so for now?
But the things not working on the android device are:
I haven't even got to test the Ipad or laptop.
1) Showing questionable activity in Messaging. Nothing, and I mean nothing flags it.
2) Web only tracks if it is in the default android web browser, not Opera or Firefox.
3) Videos are not logged
4) Social network access through any of the android apps are not logged
5) "Search" logging does not work
6) MMS messages do not log. So all that has to happen to bypass messaging logging is attach a tiny image like one of the apps that lets you attach emoticons
7) Time logging and time blocking does not work on android
8) Does not log any of the dozens of chatting applications like "TextFree", KIK, TextPlus,Meetme, Facebook messaging, etc."
So basically all it does do is track web activity on the default browser, Show which apps are being downloaded, and log text messaging (which it wasn't doing correctly for 2-3 days.) I expected more from this app.

The websites you reference are very misleading and unclear as to what features are supported under which platforms. Is there a chart that shows which features are supported on Android, IOS and windows?
As for the questionable activity. There is a checkbox on the site under messaging that says "Show Questionable Activity Only."
I put the app on another android phone that my wife uses to test the functionality. We sent a text from her phone to me with a string of explicit words plus words like suicide drugs weed, meth, etc and nothing shows up as "Questionable activity only" when that box is checked. I tried to put the most "questionable" content I could and it did not flag it.

Questionable activities means if your child tries to message to a blocked friend, and it will be blocked. The blocked activities are marked in red on the messaging activity report.
I'll check with the team to see if any other documents that show the features we support are available for the users.
