Non-Existent Support (Trying to Renew)

I click to view local support phone numbers. There are no phone numbers listed. I click chat now, support available 24/7. There is no chat available. All links take me back to the same "fix it yourself" page. I want access to support. If you don't want my renewal Norton, fine. I'll just let it expire.

The only reason you should have to download anything is if you purchased a new product key and it was for a different app than you have installed now.

When is your current subscription due to expire? You can check this, and at the same time resync your computer with the Norton Subscription servers by opening the classing 360 interface and click on Help > Subscription Status. 

 

Thanks to everyone who responded. I found the phone number and spoke to "support." They still haven't renewed my subscription and now message says it expired. When I try to renew it says I have to download the program again. Why should I have to do that? This is way too much trouble. Norton is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever dealt with.

What region are you referring to? Can you also share the link of the page you were seeing? Thank you. 

i believe you can contact them on twitter norton support i think it is

for a renewal you can log in to your account and renew with card or by getting a product id card type thing thru a retailer
