I'm evaluating the Premium Norton Family and am having considerable issues with numerous features. Regarding "Messaging", sent and received text messages to an individual are logged separately. The "SMS Message Received" has the number listed as 123-456-7890. The "SMS Messsage Sent" lists the number as 1-123-456-7890. In order to actually view the conversation you have to open up each "sent" and "received" log separately, and manually observe date/time stamps.
Is this by design and how this is intended to work? In any other "parental controls" application I've ever used the entire conversation thread is contiguous and not split up into "sent" and "received" logs. Further, not everyone that texts me is logged. Some people I text only MY SENT messages are logged - the messages I receive from them aren't logged, anywhere.
Support had me email norton_mobile_support@symantec.com yesterday to report/deal with these issues, but that email bounced.
