I'm trying to instal Norton Antivirus 2011 to my PC but get refered to support. when I try to delete the temp files after running %temp%, it refuses to delete the temp files. Please assist.

Hi,

 

did you tried to run the Norton AntiVirus installer as admin? You should try it, if you did not do that:

1. Right click on the Norton AntiVirus installer file

2. Click on Run as Administrator
