Hello WUV_Larry. What is your OS, its build and version? Also what Norton Utilities product is installed? Thanks in advance. The error exception code: 0xe0434352 in task scheduler indicates there are too many configured tasks on the system for a given entry point. The entry point, as an example, could be with the startup of Windows for an example. Your system may not be able to process those tasks given misconfiguration issues and more likely than not, its due to a lack of system resources. Here is a suggestion:
-Check Windows startup tasks and disable NU loading with Windows. You can do this by entering Task Manager from the desktop. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys at the same time. When the dialog appears select "Task Manager", then open the "startup tab". See if NU or any of its processes are listed, if they are disable and reboot. Once rebooted try opening NU after a complete and full boot. Hoping this helps.
