I backed up my Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit) machine and discovered that my 500 GB hard disk was failing. After purchasing a new 1 Tera-byte hard disk and installing it I did a restore from the last good point I had backed up.
Everything went smoothly and the system runs. I checked the properties of my new 1 TB hard disk and it shows that the capacity is not that of a 1 TB drive but of my old 500 GB drive. How do I reclaim the missing 500 GB (or there-abouts) that is not being used on the drive?
Did I miss a setting in Ghost when you restore to a new larger media size that there is a setting somewhere?
