Back in July I purchased Norton 14 after talking to customer service about compatibility with WINDOWS 7. I was told that once the new version (that was compatible) was available, I would get an update so I bought it, but I have not received any emails nor found anything on the forums other than it is available for purchase. Has anyone been sent an email about how to get the new version update that works with WINDOWS 7?
