Have been using Norton for over 10 years &, to my knowledge, have always received a full year when renewing. This time, however, it only gave me 362 days!
I renewed on the last day possible to guarantee, so I thought, a full 'leap year' 366days. Admittedly I am 'penny-pinching' but I feel it a matter of principle to not receive what was advertised on the CDrom.
Any chance this can be rectified?
