You might consider doing what some members of the community did and roll back to the previous version of N360. @SoulAsylum provided great directions. Hopefully Norton will work out the major bugs in v24 before too long. My personal opinion but v24 wasn’t ready for prime time. Uninstall new version (V 24) Norton360 premium and reinstall old version - #4 by SoulAsylum
I rolled back a couple of my computers without major problems. The only hitch was that the license didn’t transfer over on one device but it was an easy fix by signing into my Norton, adding the device, then deleting the old instance of that device from the license list.
