Norton 360 12 month product Expires about every Month When Still Current

I am really annoyed with my 12 month Norton 360 2 computer Product which automatically expires about every month on one computer requiring me to uninstall and then install the product and updates all over again on that one computer.

In Sept 2014 I loaded my new Norton 360, 12 month,  2 computer product, on both computers with the new Norton CD straight of the box.   All updates were then done continuously on the product on both computers.

As of now I have  250 days remaining on this product on both computers.

About every month since the initial installation in Sep 2014 on my Windows 7 computer, I get a message indicating that I have no Norton protection because the product has expired.  I open Norton and sure enough it says the product has expired and I have ZERO days left.  This first happened about a month after initial installation but has now occurred THREE TIMES.

I am then forced to uninstall the product and then go through the whole process of re-installing my Norton 360 product and running the updates all over again. I have just done the 3rd reinstall and update today on this product from the CD.

I have not been running system restore or any other run on my computer that could cause this.  Norton does not delete  - it remains installed but says it has expired (when it has many months to run) and cuts off protection automatically.

Obviously there is some fault with the Norton product or elsewhere in the Norton control software if it keeps doing this (ie. auto expiring prematurely and cutting off protection) on one of my computers. Given past performance I can expect this to happen about every month from now on until SEP 2015 when the product really does expire after its 12 Month run.

After having to do the THIRD reinstall and update I am really peeved and fed up with this product now and if Norton does not fix this I will not be buying any of their products again even though I have been a very loyal customer for well over 10 years now.

So if anyone can offer any helpful advice I would be most grateful.

Thank you.
