From GUI HOME Restart Required - no other notification as in tray icon etc, so unless you open Norton GUI non the wiser - missed am update - found in history Restart Required. Assuming, as before, Restart is REQUIRED hence instruction in HOME

Just be nice to see a pop-up in system tray notifications from Norton, missed this mornings AM update as did not open GUI prion to shutting down.
Only Notifications Muted are special offers.
The Restart Now button does not work. I had to restart the PC from the system menu.
I restarted with Windows Restart, had various apps on screen at same time so had to close first & do a bit of tidying up
Same here. No notifications at all. Only way I knew a restart was required was because I went into the program to check some settings. Never had this with the previous version - could always restart without restarting Windows.
