Hi Markle,
Ya, you are always protected when you are using Google Chrome.
But please make sure, the settings : Intrustion Protection & Browser Protection under Settings->Firewall is always ON. Please set all the respective settings under this tab to ON so that you will have full protection.

Prasanna
Thanks for the quick reply. After much searching I thought it was a you say. Thanks for the confirmation.
Even though Norton 360 version 5 can not provided a toolbar with Google Chrome, is my computer still protected by Norton 360 version 5 when using Google Chrome?
Hi,
Our N360 6.0 will directly support Chrome from the extensions and Norton Toolbar will be supported even for Chrome from 6.0
The product is already in beta stage, and it would available soon.

Prasanna
Prasanna, I made sure all those settings under firewall are set. Thanks.
Hi Mark,
That's great, you are now protected from the browser attacks and intrusions.
You will always stay protected.............! And you can browse using Chrome without any second thoughts.

Prasanna
Giada wrote:Hello everyone,
I upgraded my Norton antivirus to 360 v6 yesterday. After that, I went to one of the forums I go frequently. I found everytime I hit Reply, there was no response, even though I had already replied, it basically sat there. It took me a while to figure out I had actually already replied. This only happens on Google Chrome. IE and firefox work fine. The forum's site uses the software called Diszus! x 2. Does anyone here have any idea what the problem is? Norton Internet Security 2011 I used last year had no problem with this site.
Thanks in advance!

Welcome Giada,
What version of Chrome are you using? Have you run live update and rebooted as requested until 360 told you that all updates have been downloaded and installed?
Thanks
Hi Dick,
Thank you for replying. Yes, I have rebooted the system several times after Norton 360 had finished all download and updates. But I am not sure which version of Chrome I am using, it says "17.0.963.78 beta-m" on About Google Chrome, I guess it is the beta version? It looks I should upgrade it to a newer version? Thanks!
