I have Norton 360 and thought it came with Norton Mobile full version. I have an Android phone but it only gives me the lite version. Is this correct? Or can anyone help me sort this out so I am fully covered on my phone. Cheers

Hi tangoman65.
Welcome to the Community.
Norton 360 licences may cover more than one device but it is only designed to work on PCs not on mobile devices like Android Phones. Whether or not you have a valid licence for Norton 360 you can download and install a free version of Norton Mobile Security (NMS) from the Google App Store (where confusingly it is called Norton Antivirus & Security). You can also buy a more fully featured version of NMS from the Google App Store or the Norton Online Store.
Norton also offer two packages that include Norton 360 and NMS. These are Norton One and Norton 360 Everywhere. A comparison of these two packages can be found here.
If you have purchased your Norton 360 licence recently and would like to change it for a Norton One or Norton 360 Everywhere licence then I would suggest contacting the Norton Internet Chat line who are normally very good at organising the move from one licence to another if the licence you are changing from is not too old. The Norton Chat link can be found here.
I hope that helps. If you have any further question please feel free to come back.
Just as a by line, you can't view the comparrison between the 2 packages as you need certain privilages which I don't have!
Hi
You should be able to click on this link-
http://us.norton.com/norton-360-multi-device/
And on this Norton Online Store web page next to the Key Features tab select
Comparison Chart.
I realise it may be a little confusing as i know i am that the product on the web
page says Norton 360 Multi Device but it appears it is still called Norton 360
Everywhere in the Comparison Chart.
Hope that helps.
Cheers.
Sorry about the problematic link tangoman65. :-(
I hope the links provided by smithy have made things clearer.
