Norton 360 and SSL Ports

Does Norton 360 work with SSL ports?  I was a Norton user a while back, but my ISP forced the use of SSL ports in email, and Norton would not work with SSL ports.  I am trying to find out if 360 will work with SSL ports.

as for checking SSL ports it will be a little hacking Symantec's Norton security products do not support scanning on SSL ports, including Norton 360 as well.

Other, file based protections will however protect you.

Thanks for your response.  Support was not helpful, but it's a crapshoot anyway asking them anything.  Maybe someday...
