Can I use my current Norton 360 on my Kindle Fire HD?
If so how?
or do I have to get another product?

Hi Nclegeorge.
The full version of N360 will not run on the Kindle and so any extra licenses you have will not help. You might have consider N360 Multi Device as those licenses are also valid for mobile devices such as Android phone but sadly the full app that works on devices such as Android tablets and phones (Norton Mobile Security) is not available, as far as I am aware, for the Kindle. So peterweb's suggestion of asking in the product suggestion forum is a good one.
However I believe that there may be a free Norton offering that you may be able to use. This product appears to be much the same as the free or "Lite" version of Norton Mobile Security offered on Google Play but is a version specifically targeted at the Kindle. You may like to look at this link to the Amazon store, and see what you think. I do however note that you mention that you have the Kindle Fire and I am not sure that it will work on that. Do let us know if you try it. That would help us help others.
Sorry I had not responded earlier but I had hope another Guru who appears more knowledgeable on such issues than peterweb or myself might respond but unfortunately he is away at the moment. My mistake.
Sorry for delay in replying but thanks for help. But could not get the amazon input for some reason. Seemed to be a country not recognized. Will try later. In meantime have used Lookout and Malwarebyte. Seems ok up to now.
Hi Nclegeorge.
Sorry to hear about your problems getting to the app. Not sure what country you are in. There are some where you cannot get Norton Mobile Security.
Try just going to the Amazon store from your kindle and look for Norton.
Good luck.
Norton mobile security lite seems to only be available to the U.S Amazon app store & the Kindle Fire cannot use Google play store so you can't download it from there.
You might be able to download it from either Goodereader.com or 1mobilemarket.com both excellent alternative stores for android & Kindle Fire apps, I downloaded Norton ID safe rom 1mobile & apart from a minor inconvenience (not really a problem but the cursor is white as is the text entry background) it works fine.
