First suggestion would be to restart your device. If that does not help, go into Android Settings > Apps > Norton 360 > Storage and clear the app cache and app data. Then restart the device again. You will have to sign into your Norton Account again to activate the app.
Thanks, I have restarted and uninstalled/reinstalled.
This is an iOS device and it’s also appearing on other iOS devices I have the app installed in. From reading reviews on the app store this appears to be affecting a few users. I have raised a ticket with support to inform them of the bug.

I should have verified what device you had. The iOS and Android interfaces are similar.
Thanks for reporting. I just checked my iPhone and have the same 360 version you have but do not see the interface hiccups you are seeing. What iOS version do your have? Mine is 26.4.
No worries!
I am using 26.4 as well.
it’s odd as its across all of my iOS devices. (All running 26.4)
iPhone 15 pro max
iPhone 12
iPhone 13 mini
iPad Air Gen 4
Reply received from Support today to say they are aware of the issue and it’s affecting multiple users. A fix is looking to be released in the next app update in a few days.
Hi all,
This issue was resolved with Norton 360 for iOS release 26.4.2 that went live on April 7.
