Norton 360 Backup error

Getting and error message when I try to run the backup. The message basically says make sure the drive is plugged in / connected. When I check on Windows Explorer it is there are working properly. We I go into the Where to store - it shows up. I tried rebooting and still getting the same thing. It use to work fine up to the couple of days.

Using Windows 7 Home Premium.

    Any ideas? This is driving me buggy - not a techie but I usually can figure these things out myself
