Norton gives message that a Backup set has failed to sync
Detailed description: When I get the above message, I have to open Norton 360,select the security option and then Cloud Backup. From there I click on the Synchronise icon and after (usually) a short wait it synchronises with the web server and backs up the files. Note. I have 2 backup sets that are backed up and one never has problems in this respect. It is only the 2nd set that is (ironically) smaller than the first, which fails to synchronise. I would normally suspect that the router that I use needs to be reset, perhaps, but this doesn’t explain why 1 set always successfully synchronises. Storage is not an issue either, I am only using just over 1/2 of the available space. I would be interested to know how to resolve this problem.
