After the last update, Norton 360 can no longer see the backups I’ve been saving on the drive I have connected to my router via USB. The software says it can backup to network drives but none of them are visible in either cloud backups (of which I have none) or Local backups, nor can I create a new backup to the network drive. The program only sees drives physically connected to my laptop. Is this something I can fix, or do I have to get different software? I’d hate to migrate away from Norton as I’ve been using it since 1985 for various needs, but I absolutely have to be able to back up a couple of computers to the same network drive. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
