I have a WD Easystore 3 tb and want to backup files that I can transfer to a laptop. since installing norton 360 the WD Backup is disabled, presumably by Norton backup. Norton backup does not provide a suitable file notation to selectively copy files to laptop. I have disabled Autoprotect and safe firewall, but has no effect. Any solution other than uninstalling Norton?
