Norton 360 blocking random emails - Symantec Email Proxy deleted the following email message

A few days ago my wife noticed that all the message she sent from our home didn't seem to be sending from the computer. We were able to recieve email but not send. I checked and eventually, I got the messages at my various accounts but they were stripped of their body content and only the following or similar were there.

Symantec Email Proxy deleted the following email message:

From: "US" <ouremail@provider.net>
To: <myaccount@hotmail.com>
Subject: groceries

Here is the content of the actual message.

"Are you able to pick up a couple item on your walk? For the turkey burgers we need an English cucumber and some tomatoes US grown organic if possible. Call me to be sure we don’t need anything else. If not convenient, let me know so I can stop on the way home from Shiloh’s dance class."

I ran the scan and there doesn't appear to be anything infected. We rebooted the computer and things started working again. But then it started happening again today. Not all the messages are being blocked, but most are.

Are there some keywords that we are including that are being picked up by the spam filter?

More importantly, what can we do to fix this? It looks like perhaps the solution is to turn off Email Scanning, but not sure that is the best solution.

Thanks
