Hello
i've setup norton 360 on windows 8. Since then i'm unable to watch any youtube videos across any browsers. I've tried turning off smart firewall but still doesnt help. can you assist resolving this issue.
Operating system : windows 8
browsers : chrome, internet explorer 9

Which security program did you have before installing N360? And how did you remove it... did you also use that vendor removal tool?
Also, did you run LiveUpdate until it says "No updates" found, rebooting as requested ?
What N360 version do you have? You can check it in GUI > Support > About.
Please give us as many details as possible to help us to try helping you.
In posting back please also mention which Chrome version you are using.

David, does IE9 even install on Win 8?

W8 comes with IE 10 and W8.1 comes with IE 11.
I do not think that IE9 exists for W8.
IE9 is not supported on Windows 8. Only IE10 will work on Windows 8.
So user must renew the info about what browser used.
