I have just created a new back up set to include additional files. I have deleted the old back up set within Norton. I have tried to run the new back up since setting it up but after a few seconds of running the Norton boxes close, I loose the task bar icon. With no error message or anything. I have shut down my computer, I have logged in an tried running back up every time the same thing, Norton boxes close and task bar icon disappears. I have it set to back up to my external hard drive which is working and has backed up my computer for several years now.
I am running windows 10 64bit and have had no issues since upgrading to windows 10 before now.
