Everytime when I do a Run Live updates I will get updates but one always fails to update and is Norton 360 control data. Any fix for this I hve had this problem since this morning

Restart the computer then use the Norton website to get updates then restart the computer then recheck for updates until there are no more updates.
On the Norton user interface click support then get support this will activate auto fix let it run then restart.
If you have or have had any other security software on the system please follow the instructions below as it may be conflicting with Norton.
To uninstall any security software use the windows add/remove programme then run the removal tool for the specific version of the security software that is available from the security software’s main site, then restart the computer. This process should be done for each security software to be uninstalled, meaning one at a time.
