Norton 360 crash dump file space

Dear Sir,

Could you please tell me how to remove the crash dump files in the folder

"I:\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\N360_5.0.2.1\ErrorManagement\Queue\Incoming" safely?

I find that the crash dump files occupy too much space in my hard disk. Thank you very much.

Best regards,

James.

Hi,

can you please tell us what the error was in your Norton product that caused a programcrash?

Thanks!

Here's how to remove:

1. Open Norton 360 settings

2. Go to Administrative settings and find Norton Product's Tamper Protection

3. Turn it off, set time to 15 minutes, click OK

4. Remove files

5. Turn back Tamper protection.

Dear PapauZ,

Thank you for your advice, I can remove the crash dump files! However, I have no idea on how come the program crash and could you please let me know how to check these? Thx. a lot.

Cheers,

James.

Well, if you did not notice anything when the error happened the only way is now the History of the Norton product. There's a section for program errors.
