norton 360 deluxe DNS HIJACK message

Issue abstract:
Recently upgraded to Norton 360 Deluxe . As usual did a smart scan, as part of smart scan did a network scan and saw the message DNS Hijack found

Detailed description:
I have never had this error and message until I upgraded to latest version of Norton 360 deluxe.
As a precaution I already changed the router passcode, wifi passwords, etc. Even reset the router. Did the smart scan again and same message came up. Its asking me to use a VPN ?

Any thoughts why is this occurring?
