Norton 360 Deluxe feature of email protection is incompatible with MS Outlook

Norton 360 deluxe program will not allow me to permanently shutdow the email protection. Is there anything else i can do? Otherwise I cannot use Microsoft Outlook.

I spent an hour on my own trying to get Outlook to work, then an hour with Microsoft Support, and have been researching tor the past hour. Too much time.

I’m ready to disengage Norton Anti-Virus if I cannot disengage this “Email Protection” feature.

What happens when you opt Until I turn it on again ?

Norton v24.x does not have Norton AntiSpam client integration

• Email Protection – this feature now works for any email client, not just Outlook (Windows only). We have removed the Anti-Spam functionality because we weren’t able to provide the correct level of user experience we wanted. This only applies to the spam filter itself. The rest of the email security features have been retained in Email Protection.
