Unfortunately, I'm a senior citizen and didn't have the money needed to upgrade my old Norton 360 deluxe at the time it was due.
So, I recently purchased an upgrade of this this program from an outside vendor. I have the new product key and have tried to use it, but it's now working. I also have a VPN from another vendor that I can use to the next 2 years. Therefore I'm not sure if I need Nortons VPN. What does a SECURE VPN actually do? How do I fix this upgrade?
different vpn from different companies does different think so you probably dont need Norton vpn but tjek youtube ore the company that maks the other vpn out on ther website
There are two things you can try for entering a new product key.
Open the Classic Norton interface by right clicking on the Norton icon in your system tray and clicking on Open Norton 360. Then click on Settings at the top of that page and then click on Enter Product key at the bottom right. If that does not work try #2.
You can enter your new product key at www.norton.com/setup That will initiate a download and installation of the correct product for your new product key. It will take care of removing any older Norton prodcuct if necessary.
