Norton 360 detecting phishing email daily but cannot find out what email is!

Detailed description: Since update to 360 I am getting an email moved to quarantine daily stating infected with phishing scam however I have no way of seeing where the email originated so I can block it or if it is a known contact let them know they are infected.

Product & version number:

OS details:

What is the error message you are seeing?

If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:

If you hover your cursor over the original location entry you will see a description of the Subject line of email as well as the senders email address.

The completer email has been removed from your inbox and placed in quarantine.

Hi Peterweb and thanks for reply. I am still struggling as the only entry I have is in quarantine and hovering produces no info. I have tried history but I am still at a loss as to where theses emails are originating as they are removed completely from my email client (EM) or from gmail web. I was going to include screenshot but just found I cannot in reply to post grrrr.

This is what I see when I hover my cursor over Incoming email (email address)

It shows where the email came from.

Hmm thanks for that when I hover over I just get a black box with HTML Extortmail (phish) but I notice mine does not say incoming email on left just email. I am struggling to post an image as this is my first time on here.

Thanks Peterweb,
This is what I have been doing to post screenshot but every time I try I get this message “An error occurred: Sorry, you can’t embed media items in a post.” I have also noticed that since this Norton 360 update I have no email in my junk folder, completely empty and it is worrying why!

Hi Peterweb,
I think I have found possible issue and its my fault. I thought I had Norton 360 but found I had Norton Security as a free app from my internet provider Plusnet. I have upgraded to 360 and will now watch to see what happens. Still cannot post screenshots though. Thanks for your help.
