Norton 360 Device Trust question

G’day

I have File and Printer Sharing turned off on the PC where my Norton 360 installation resides. My network is also set to Public in Windows.

What effect does this have on Norton 360’s Device Trust?

Are you Windows Settings Mode? = Norton Smart Firewall will follow your Windows Firewall settings.

I don’t have the new version of Norton 360, so those options apply to me. I guess I’ll be upgraded to the new version in time.

The PC Norton 360 is installed on uses an ethernet connection.

Do you know if the firewall configuration settings in my version (22.24.8.36) carried over to the new version?
