If you are replacing a phone, log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right, then click on My Subscriptions. Find your current 360 subscription and click on Manage Licenses. Look for your old phone and click the trash can beside that to free up the activation.

Then when you install 360 on the new phone you need to use the Redeem Subscription option in the installation process. Then you sign into your Norton Account to activate the app.

Thanks for your procedure. I went theough your procedure to remove and reinstall Norton 360. I was able to delete the device from the Norton 360 app but when I was prompted to download the Norton 360 suvscription it showed that the Norton 360 app already existed. I was unable to reinstall it.
