I have Norton 360 installed on my computer and it just does not work. Some time ago my antivirus just stopped working. I get in contact with them and using a remote call, the attendant (foreign) managed to make the antivirus work again. Well, after that I see that my computer is infested with various types of viruses.

Norton scans all of them, but does absolutely nothing !!! Only say that no threat was found. I talked to them again, and another attendant said he would pass on to the Brazilian team and they would contact me. It's been more than 15 days, and no one contacted me ... Bad product !!! Poor service !!!
