I just downloaded 360 on a new computer and everything is in Chinese. How do I switch to English?
Downloaded in SC. Only Norton 360 in Chinese.
If you have a valid Norton Account with an English subscription, log into your Norton Account from the new computer and click on the Download button beside your valid subscription. This will install a pre activated version of your product..
If you did not already have an account, then you can download a fresh copy of 360 from here for 360 Standard.
Just run the installation and it should pick up your subscription information. If it does not, you can use the key you already used to install what you have now.
Either way, be sure to run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.

I meant from what source -- Norton website or somewhere on the Internet? Do you have a Key that came with it or by email?
I did as you suggested in the first place. I had an available subscription and clicked on the download button while on the new computer. This is when it downloaded the Chinese version. Should I now uninstall the program and hope that it reinstates my subscription? Then start over? Thanks.
Oh. It was the Norton website. I had one remaining subscription.
I think you must have been redirected away from the US - EN site! Servers do hiccup sometimes.
If you use Identity Safe I'd export the data for safety and uninstall using the Norton Removal Tool:

Save (Not Run) to a safe place on your hard drive where you can find it again.
If you are running VISTA or Windows 7, when you are ready to install I recommend Right Mouse clicking on the file and selectting Run as Administerator if that is available on your netbook version of Windows since it can give more reliable results -- if you don't see that just Run or Open to start the installation. When it's completed run the LiveUpdate a few times with a restart inbetween until it says you are fully uptodate.
When activating use the KEY from your MyNortonAccount. If it uses up an additional activation or if you get an error message that you have exceeded the permitted number of activations then contact the Norton OnLine Customer Support team via the CHAT link as below and they will sort it out quickly and painlessly. It uses your computer keyboard not your phone.
