Norton 360 dropped the ball

Just wanted Norton to know of 3 malicious  files on my pc which went undetected and MAY(?) have caused my email account to send out over 21000 random emails resulting in my email vendor to get blacklisted by Hotmail for spamming.  I'm going to invest in a second app (as yet undetermined vendor) to hopefully cover what Norton missed.  When my email account was shut down, the provider suggested that I use another vendor to scan my apparently trouble-free pc for any problem files.  So a free download of ASC Ultimate 6 found the 3 files below:

Trojan.Generic.KDV.559189

Trojan.Generic.KDV.534034

and in the Norton directory -  Patch.1.mft|DelFileAndBackReboot=

I really don't hold Norton 360 responsible for the third (maybe Norton did this?) file but it seems that the first two should have been caught.  This email is just a FYI to Norton as the ASC app quarantined these 3 files and my email is again NOT spamming.
