If you are trying to install the Android or iOS Norton Mobile Security features of the Norton 360
Multi-Device (N360M-D) and the N360M-D product has not been activated or registered yet then
you could do the following.
Go to the Norton Mobile Security (NMS) web Control Panel from the link below -
https://mobilesecurity.norton.com/
Click on Register in the top right > Register Your Purchase > Then log in with your Norton
Account details and if you do not have a Norton account click on the option Sign Up Now.
Then you can enter the 25 character product key for N360M-D that you would have received
in the email from Norton if it was an Online Store purchase, or from with in the box if purchased
from a retail store.
That will activate the product and link it to your Norton Account.
Then you can go ahead and download NMS Lite from Google Play with your Android device
and Sign In to the app once installed with your Norton Account details which will activate the
full paid version.

If it does not show the full version once signed in select Upgrade then tap the option I have
already purchased the product which should activate the full paid version.
Then on your 3G or 4G enabled iPhone or iPad download and install NMS from iTunes and
Sign In with your Norton Account details and everything should be OK.
