Hi Henry Hagy,

Could you provide more background info such as your OS, confirm if your product is Norton 360, when does this error show up, e.g., after startup, turning on/off one of the features, during a scan, LiveUpdate, etc.  If you can get a screen shot and post it would also be helpful.  Please see How to post an image in the forums
