I'm sorry I'm not certain if this is where I put this, but here's my problem and questions:
Problem: I downloaded a program and File Insight deleted it. I've used this program before from this website before, I've never had problems in the past (redownloaded due to new computer), but File Insight blocked it due to medium risk of few than 5 users.
Question 1: How can I get the file?
Question 2: How do we submit (if there is any way) some kind of report for someone or for Nortons system to check on the file and update Norton? I used Trend Micro once and they have a system you can recomend checking out programs like that, when they are done reviewing the safety of the file they send a report back and in the next automatic update the file is added to be a program that was checked.
My Computer info:
I have Norton 360 Premier Ed.
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit
I am the computer administrator & the only one who uses the computer
This is a screen clip if it's more useful for you.

Note, however, that one of the most common causes for the malware infestations we see here is users who overrode their Norton protection because they "knew" that a file was safe. Malware authors just love to infect files people trust, when they can get their grubby little digital mitts on them, for precisely this reason.
What I would suggest is what you hint at later in your message: Norton maintains a convenient site for submission of suspected false positives, so they can be tested by the pros before you subject your system to risk:
