Norton 360 for mac M1 native support

I'm using Norton 360 8.6.1 on my MacBook Air.  I believe it is running under Rosetta2. When will an M1 native version of Norton 360 be available?

I have the same question.  Something as intrusive as Norton 360 running under Rosetta seems counter intuitive to me.

It does seem to have a negative impact on my M1 Mac's performance overall.  I waited about 3 weeks before installing Norton on my new M1 based Mac and I have noticed the performance has degraded since the install.

 

I do hope someone from Symantec / Norton will give us some indication when they are going to offer an M1 compliant version.

I'd definitely like to see an M1 version of Norton.  Is there any AV that is M1 compatible (universal binary)?
