(Running on an HP laptop, Windows 10 Home, build 14393.576, 16 GB ram, 64-bit Intel Core i7-6700HQ at 2.6GHz. Norton 360 is version 22.8.1.14. Don't know if you need any other info.)
My Norton 360 is frozen on "loading" and nothing comes up. I can use the 30-Day Report and click around in that report just fine. But I keep waiting for my 360 main screen to load. Here's a screenshot of what I get. It worked fine before, but for the last few days, all I get is this when I click on the icon in my system tray. Any solutions? Thanks, everyone!
