Norton 360 install failure-reinstall will not work

New Dell came with MacAfee.  Thought I had it removed.  D/L existing subscription to 360 4.0 and it interrupted-said MacAfee still installed.  Nightmare but got it removed.  Clicked to start the Norton d/l file. It said previous install still running.  D/L file again.  Says that cannot export to a foreign country.  I am in Michigan.  I find Norton 360 and Installer residue files and program data is still on computer.  Can I just delete and re-start installer?  Log file is attached.

Thanks for your help.  I am back in business and was able to restore Norton 360 back ups from my old (now dead) computer.

I did stumble through the steps you outlined before your reply.  I ran MacAfee removal and Norton removal only 1X each and it did work for me in this instance, however, I did have to manually delete the Norton files, folders, Start Menu shortcuts.

Thanks again.  I continue to use Norton products as I have done since Norton Utilities for DOS.

Hello HaplessUser

Perhaps a 2nd run of the Norton Removal Tool would have cleaned more of Norton up. I'm glad though that in the end you were able to install the product. If you consider this thread to be solved, would you please mark the post which gave you the soluition. This way everyone else will know the thread has been solved and will be able to find the correct ansswer. Thanks again.
