Norton 360 lifelock select

Good Morning, I have been having an issue with the lifelock portion of Norton 360. When I go to enroll from the program for the identity section I am taken to a webpage that tells me i am unable to enroll and create an account with lifelock I did. Then that message went away and I was told to call norton customer service since there was an issue preventing me from enrolling (haven't been able to get anyone on the phone. So I have a subscription with lifelock separately. I'm not sure how to resolve this. I am at work at the moment and will be unable to upload a screenshot or error code until I get home later this evening.
