Norton 360 Light and Unreadable Splash Screen

- Windows 8 64 bit

- Norton 360 v 20.4.0.40

 

When I double click on the Norton 360 icon in my tray or click on the Norton 360 icon from my desktop, I get a splash screen that is much too light.

 

Please see picture below. The N 360 splash screen is over the Windows 8 desktop. The N 360 splash screen appears transparent, which it shouldn't be.

 

How do I fix this?

 

Also, when I went to Norton 360 support, there no longer appears to be available free technical support. There are only paid services available now?
