I own a copy of Norton 360. But since a few days ago, LiveUpdate and Fix Now have not been working. Like, I click 'Fix Now' in the Norton 360 main interface, and the LiveUpdate window comes up, along with the 'Fix Now' window, as normal. And as normal, the LiveUpdate window says that the updates are finished or not needed because I already have them, but 'Fix Now' is still running, and when I click 'OK' on the LiveUpdate window, 'Fix Now' stops running and it says 'Fix Not Complete' and 'Protection Updates' have the status 'Not Fixed'. So I close the 'Fix Now' window and try again and it either says that the updates are finished or not needed because I already have them, again. How do I fix this problem?
