What version of 360 are you using? Support - About
Do you have SP3 for XP?
Did the LiveUpdate ever work on this system? Check with the system administrator at work to see if there is anything in the server settings that might be blocking you.
Norton support staff - very helpful - connected to my PC & couldn't fix it but re-installed v6 - which has worked flawlessly.
As mentioned elsewhere, I'm now hesitant to re-upgrade / update - but it seems the new version's finally been corrected / patched....

OK, I've reformated the hard drive, installed XP SP3, reinstalled Norton 360, and still the same problem. According my IT at work, there shouldn't be a problem.
Help??
