Hi, since a few days the app advisor bar in the Google Play Store hasn't been appearing when selecting an app. This has happened since Play Store got updated to the latest version: 35.6.1-21 [0] [PR] 528895992. It happens on all my mobile devices.

I think something's wrong with the Norton mobile app as the issue occurs on all devices of my wife and mine (Pixel, Samsung, Xiaomi). In the past an update of the Norton app solved this.
No problem! Norton mobile was updated with me just now to version 5.62.0.230518009 but that didn’t solve the issue. This seems logical, regarding your message, as examination is still in progress. No rush.
Apologies, was not available hence couldn't respond any earlier. Acknowledging this issue. I have been informed that this issue is already work in progress. I will share the updates as they are made available to me.
It happens with e.g. (installed) Google Messages, YouTube and WhatsApp (no bar at all) whereas e.g. (installed) Google Contacts and YouTube Music work flawlessly.
Is it all installed apps, or just the system apps? Can you give a couple of examples of the apps where this happens?

As a matter of fact, I cheered a bit too early. The app advisor bar works again perfectly for new, uninstalled apps in Play Store.
But for the apps that are already on my devices, it still doesn’t show mostly. Sometimes, when I tap an installed app and I swipe up just about an inch, the bar will briefly show.
This again is on all my devices. Don’t know what’s going on.

Thank you for the issue details. This issue is after Google Play Store update and is identified. Fix is lined up in N360 5.61 app build. Expected by next week.
