Norton 360 mobile issue - uninstalled and reinstalled

I had to uninstall and reinstall on my mobile phone because dark web and Privacy Monitor was signing me in and then asking me to sign in again.

After the reinstall i had to set up many things and i hit set up and see a screen and then go back and i dont get any points.

nothing happens.

UPDATE: I called in and the woman couldnt figure it out. Then she said it takes 30 days to update Protection score after a uninstall and reinstall. I think she meant the Protection Report not the score! The score should update as you add protections. Ugh. She shouldve been smarter.
That was not the case on my pc. I said is this only on mobile and she said no. So, i didnt have this issue on pc. Yesterday we did a uninstall and reinstall on pc and i then ran a scan and then was able to set up all my protections and got my score up right away. Anyway, she eventually escalated this to level 2 now. And it is under same case # as my other pc issue. I asked how they knew which issue was which and she just said they know. I guess they go by pc or mobile? She said i would hear back in 4 to 5 business days but i doubt i will get a call back. It will be a case number that just sits out there forever like many of the others. So many hours wasted dealing with this Norton software. When will the bugs go away? Level 1 support is really weak if it is not just a very minor issue.

I solved this by signing out and back on. That fixed this issue on my phone. I shouldve been told to try that.
