Norton 360 no longer filters out spam emails

Detailed description:
Norton 360 is no longer filtering out spam emails on my iPhone and Windows PC’s. I am being constantly bombarded with spam and yet the Dashboard is showing that I am protected and doing scans shows no problems. I see from a previous post that the program no longer has a spam filter included, so how am I supposed to stop the spam emails which is surely one of the main features of the software. I have been a Norton user for very many years and if this matter is not resolved, I will be wanting a refund and using an alternative product.

Product & version number:
Norton 360 Premium
OS details:
Ios 18 & Windows11
What is the error message you are seeing?

Mine does bupkis too. I have given up trying to get their techies to remove all the emails they claim from my account, but no dice. I get deceptive mail all the time that it claims, is safe. I think they have a product that doesn;t work. all I can do is let the subscription run out and hope that either they remove it or that if I renew, it will be for the basic antivirus product.

What Norton is saying is that there is no malware in the emails. It is not commenting on the content possibly being spam. As noted above, that feature has been removed from the email protection features.

there is this, when open with a web browser. Oh I figure that when it all expires next year in August, I can redo whatever . As long as the anti-virus works. I will be sort of happy
