Norton 360 not working

Issue abstract:

Detailed description: none of the Norton items are working correctly. I’m trying to delete all Norton products currently on my system and make sure auto renewal is disabled. Nothing I’ve tried is allowing me to sign in to my account. Passwords are not being recognized after initial log in once I’ve been able to reset them.

Hello. Have you done live updates on your Norton install for the latest version or are you still on an other older version? Are your using an insider build on Windows 11? Do you have remote management enabled in Norton? What browser are you using? Your screenshot suggests Edge.

My suggestion, as a last resort, is run the removal tool for version 24.xx, if that is the version you have. This tool will assist you in removal of all instances of Norton installed on your system.
