Norton 360 on a USB?

I install my norton 360 4.0 Primere Edition ten days ago. My mom wants it on her's also but her CD drive is broken and without it, she can't install it. I read in the manual that you could use a USB. So do I just copy the files on to the usb dive and which ones?
